uptown girl, living a rich girl world. I love, I mean LOVE the Fall 2012 "rich girl" trend. Previously, many designers focused on simplicity=chic. However, designers this past FW decorated the runways with glamourous, ornate details left and right. Fashion is fun and I don't know anything more fun than playing dress up in rich jewels and furs. so fun.

Down in Africa

I am a nerd. Especially when it comes to my fashion courses. Last semester, we were assigned a project to analyze celebrity's style of our choice. I picked Brigitte Bardot, DUH. I. am. obsessed. Anyways-- apart from depicting their wardrobes, we were to plan an ideal photo-shoot with our celebrity. I chose to do an African Safari theme, having Bardot surrounded by different wildlife, especially since she is an animal rights activists. dorky but awesome.

Somethings Gotta Give

oh the irony. I have been up since way too early this morning. So after failed attempts to fall back asleep, I relentlessly turned on the TV and nothing was on except, Something's Gotta Give. I forgot how much I love this movie, especially the cast, Diane Keaton and Jack Nicholson are pure genius together. Besides the story, the Hamptons beach house Keaton lives in is perfection.

omg. I hope to live somewhere like this.
